Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

At RITZY, we take pride in our products and craftsmanship. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another. All our products go through quality control before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible and customer-friendly policy for returns, exchange, and refunds.

RETURN POLICY:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not match your order, you can return it to us within 2 working days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at riandcompany1@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +918055155122. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are not damaged or defective, or products that are on sale or customized. We also do not accept returns for international orders.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you want to exchange a product for a different size, you can do so within 2 working days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at riandcompany1@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +918055155122. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that we only offer size exchanges within India. International orders are not eligible for exchanges. We also do not offer exchanges for products that are on sale or customized. A product can be exchanged only once through the course of an order.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs of sending the new product to you. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

REFUND POLICY:

We offer refunds only in the event of receiving a damaged or defective product. You should inform us within 24 hours of delivery, with picture or video proof of package unpacking.

We will process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.

We do not offer refunds for products that are not damaged or defective, or products that are on sale or customized.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  1. Kindly inform us within 2 working days of delivery by emailing us at riandcompany1@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +918055155122 with your order number and product picture.
  2. Note: We request you to kindly be patient after raising the query as our working hours are 11 AM – 6 PM (Monday-Saturday). Our team will be happy to take up your queries as soon as they are back at their desk.
  3. Once the concerned team checks the description and confirms the damaged/ incorrect product, a confirmation mail or message will be sent to you regarding the approval of the return or exchange.
  4. The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by you to our billing address (mentioned below).
  5. Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by you only.
  6. Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh/correct product or process a refund, as per RITZY policy.
  7. Product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for return or exchange.
  8. It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product or process the refund.
