What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges within 48 hours of delivery — items must be unworn, untampered, and in original RITZY packaging with tags intact. Earrings are non-returnable unless defective, and sale/discounted items are final sale. We don't issue cash refunds; approved exchanges are credited as a Credit Coupon valid for 1 year. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within India. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay), as well as UPI and mobile wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use on our website or the courier's site.
