Refund policy

At RITZY (a brand by RI AND COMPANY), we celebrate the timeless beauty of handcrafted jewellery. Every piece undergoes a multi-level quality check before being packaged.

To protect the integrity of our craft and the hygiene of our customers, we adhere to the following policy:

2.1 Returns & Exchanges

• On Receiving Package: Please inspect your jewellery immediately and notify us of any concerns within 48 hours of delivery.

• The Condition: For an exchange or return to be considered, the jewellery must be unworn, untampered, and in its original RITZY packaging with all tags intact.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your jewellery arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we will make it right. You must notify us within 48 hours with an unboxing video to verify the condition upon arrival.

• Hygiene & Earrings: For the health and safety of all our customers, earrings are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive defective.

• Size Exchanges: Rings and bangles are eligible for size exchanges within India, subject to stock. We offer one exchange per order.

• Chemical Exposure: We cannot accept returns on jewellery that shows signs of exposure to perfumes, lotions, hairspray, or water, as these can damage handcrafted finishes.

• Sale & Discount Policy (Strict): Any items purchased on sale, or where a discount or promotional offer was availed, are strictly ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These are considered final sales to support our artisan pricing.

2.2 Refund Policy

To continue supporting our local artisans, we do not offer cash or bank refunds.

• Mode of Refund: Approved returns are issued via a Credit Coupon Code.

• Validity: Your coupon is valid for 1 year and can be used to purchase any other piece from our collection.

• Deductions: For refused prepaid deliveries, a flat Rs 200 will be deducted from your credit to cover the cost of secure two-way transit — even if the original order included a "Free Shipping" offer.

2.3 How to Request an Exchange

1. WhatsApp Us: Message +91 8055155122 or email riandcompany1@gmail.com within the window. Include your Order Number and your unboxing video.

2. Approval: Our team will review and approve your request (Mon-Fri, 11 AM - 6 PM).

3. Secure Shipping: Once approved, courier the jewellery back to our studio:

4. Processing: We will inspect the piece and issue your exchange or credit coupon within 7 working days.
